I've got loads of sewing to do over the next three weeks, so I should know by then if I really want this machine.
BUT, I've very carefully stored the box and all the packing materials. I hope I don't need to use them.
OK ... my baby made it home from the hospital. Table ready for new machine, and I'm happy to say. This table is great. The height is perfect, just like I was hoping for. Read table blog. Here is the box the machine came in. I almost fainted when I saw how huge it is. Well, there is A LOT of packing material inside. You know this machine comes with a very nice cover that the handle will project through for carrying. I was going to leave this ridiculously large box at the store and carry it home that way. This box is just too hard to manage, but then saw the sign saying I can return this machine in 30 days, but there is a 25% restocking fee, if any of the packing materials are missing. SO, I am keeping EVERYTHING. Every little plastic bag and hang tag. I'm not touching the tiny ziplock bag of thread samples or any of the extra accessories I bought with the $200 gift certificate that came with the machine. I am going to spend some time with this baby and decide if I really want it. So ... I carefully took the machine out and set it up. It seems to be working fine! I'm cautiously optimistic.
