Ruffle Con and me!

Ruffle Con is a new (couple years old) event that celebrates frilly feminine clothing and costumes. Simplicity is one of the sponsors this year AND, the frilly peach outfit on the left is mine! Check out their website.

Simplicity contacted me a couple months ago to sew this up using these two patterns of mine.
